Together, we can look at comps of the area to see if the list price of a home is a resonable assesment of the homes value in the current market. If you are looking to sell a home, we can make sure that your home is priced competitivly for the market. Currently we have many foreclosures on the market that are a great deal. Some may need some fixing up, but with list prices being WAY below market value in most cases, it is worth the "sweat equity" you will put into it.

Personal
I have lived in the Atlanta area since 1988. I was born and raised in Texas. I am the mother of a 14 year old daughter, named Brittany. We enjoy swimming, visiting the park, hanging out at the lake, spending the day at Stone Mountain Park to get a long walk and picnic in, shopping, dining out, taking weekend trips, or just hanging out at home and visiting with friends.
